The room will be available on June 1st. This is a very clean, cozy and quiet room with a huge closet and it's located in a safe neighborhood in West Clairemont. You will have your own bathroom. Easy access to 805, 5, 163. Close to Ranch 99, Wal-mart, Food for Less, Starbucks and many nice restaurants. 7 mins to Mesa College and 10 mins to UCSD. Apt complex includes heated pool,bbq area, laundary etc. Looking for someone who's responsible, clean and easy-going. No smoking, no pet, no drama.
