You will share the 2B2B apartment with a male postdoc at UCSD. He is very friendly and quiet. He usually works very hard and come home late at night. So most of the time you'll enjoy the whole apartment all by yourself.
Your room faces swimming pool so the view is really nice. It is also very quiet, no road noise at all! You'll also have access to swimming pool, gym, BBQ pits, etc. They are all within convenient distances.
I will go to LA to stay with my wife during summer so I want to sublease it out.
The price will be $700 for a month or $25 per day plus electric utilities and internet. I'll pay the water bill for you (a value of $30-40 per month).
