    $700 share a nice home located at the quiet community in Carmel Valley with swimming pool, fitness center. Cost of utility is included.
    Furnished with new queen bed, table, lamp etc. Has its own full bathroom.

    Hi!

    I am looking for a single room from mid-September to late December. How big is the room? Is it well-lit (sunshine) with good circulation (windows)? Is it quiet? How many people are sharing the house and their gender? For utility, does it also include internet, air-conditioning and cooking facilities?

    How far is it from UCSD and supermarket by walking distance/public transport?
