I have a room in a 2br/2ba apartment in La Jolla Del Sol that will be available by the end of January, 2010. The place is very close to campus, shopping mall, freeways I-5 and I805. School shuttles and city buses are just outside of the apartment complex. There are on-site washer and dryer, along with gym center, swimming pool, and tennis court in the complex.
I am a female professional working at UCSD, and looking for a female graduate student or young professional, working at UCSD, long-term, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and easy going is preferred. Rent is $736 plus ½ utilities (around $50, including cable TV, wireless, and electricity).
